As most of you know, Germain did part of his degree in Malibu, California, so he often wants to go back and visit the city. A couple of his closer friends still reside in Southern California and one set of them just had a baby girl. That calls for a flight to see her!
And our other set of friends just found a new dog....or should I say.....a dog just found our friends! It's a beautiful dog....don't know why someone would abandon it, but no one has come forth to claim him yet.

As usual, our trip to California was full of yummy but bad food. Including, but not limited to Carl's Junior, bar food and bbq. However this time we were in for a treat!
My 6th uncle and aunt just moved to South California and whenever my uncle is around, there is always good food! My cousin found a Korean BBQ place with all you can eat for $15! Keep in mind, I'm coming from Paris where one plate is already 20€. Trust me, we ate our share.

We also visited their house and the new neighborhood. The weather was perfect and the scenery was lovely. I even got to see Mocha.....who seemed to recognize me! ^_^

Other than the traffic (which I think we were pretty lucky for the most part) South California is a pretty enjoyable area. The weather is nice, the food is good and the way of life seems laid back.
