So sorry for not updating in a while, but honestly we haven't done too much lately that I would need to update. Germain's been busy with school so he has to study hard. I've been taking my classes and studying as well. Also, the weather hasn't always been the nicest. It's been gloomy half of the time. Also now with the time change....it gets dark really early. Not like the summer....where the sun was still pretty bright at 9pm. Oh well.

This Sunday we took some time off to visit an area right outside of the main city of Paris. You can still get to it through the metro. Its the last stop on the line one.

There we visited the castle (Chateau de Vincennes) It's a Medieval castle with a huge wall and huge moat around it. Honestly, it wasn't the most impressive site we've gone to. It didn't have a lot to see. So we were lucky because we went on a Sunday that happened to have free entry. ^_^

After we visited the castle we took a walk in the huge park right next to the castle. It was a nice walk in a very pretty park. The fall season is really here. We saw the different colors on the trees and the ground covered with leaves. It was really pretty.

there are wild peacocks around the park! not caged in or anything! We saw four of them

The park also had a huge park for children! It made me want to be small again so I would be able to play in the park without people looking at me weird. =P
